Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bigscreen account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Electronics
Carefully place the item in its original box with all original inserts, ensuring the device is powered off and securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
